Before there were two, she turned two! I shot this session to mark Miss Charlotte’s second birthday in January. And now, she has a little sister who I get to meet later this week. This might be the last time she ever gets to enjoy a cupcake without her sister trying to put her fingers in it, asking to have some. The last time she gets to wear her chefs hat and serve tea without having to share with her little sister. But she will always be looked up to. Trust me. I’m a little sister. And I think, from my experience, she is going to be a FABULOUS big sister.
If their dad isn’t worried yet, he will be in just a few short years. These sisters are stunning, and it obviously runs in the family. This is the first of three newborn sessions I had before the end of the year. If I weren’t already pregnant, seeing this sweet little girl would bring on the baby fever fast.
A beautiful family and a beautiful bond between these sisters. It’s one of my most favorite things in the world.
Way back in December this was one of my last sessions before the holidays. It was chilly, but a beautiful day and I am so glad the family decided to venture out into the wind for some outdoor shots. The little guy was so good even though he was sleepy and cold. But I got some shots of the beautiful light with this beautiful family. And to top it off, I had a lot of fun doing it!
